Marriott - Conference Hotel: LAST DAY TO RESERVE - April 23!!!

The International Tuba Euphonium Association is pleased to announce that our Conference Hotel will be the beautiful full-service Tucson Marriott University Park. It is conveniently located across the street from the University of Arizona Campus, providing easy walking access to all conference activities. Just steps from the front door is Tucson's most vibrant social and cultural neighborhood: over 30 restaurants, shopping, touring Broadway shows, and 4 museums are within walking distance!

ITEA has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate for conference attendees. To make your reservations, call the Tucson Marriott University Park at 800-228-9290 and ask for the International Tuba Euphonium Conference rate of $119.00/night plus tax. There is an extra person charge of $15 per person per night plus tax when more than two individuals share a room. To receive this special group rate, reservations must be made by April 23, 2010. Dorm Rooms: LAST DAY TO RESERVE - MAY 1!!!

The International Tuba Euphonium Association is pleased to announce that dorm rooms will be available during the conference. The dorm rooms are located across the street from the School of Music. The dorm rooms feature extra long captains beds, carpeted rooms, and community bathrooms. Linens will be provided and there are two beds per room. The rate for the dorm rooms is $50 a night for the room. ($25 per person for two people) The Manzanita-Mojave dorm rooms are located at 1000 N. Park Avenue; Tucson, AZ 85719-4419. The last day to reserve a dorm room is May 1.

Four Points Sheraton - Second Hotel Room Block: SOLD OUT!!!

The International Tuba Euphonium Association has also held a block of rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton Tucson University Plaza. Located one half mile from the University of Arizona School of Music, the Four Points by Sheraton offers an additional lodging option for our attendees. To make your reservations, call the Four Points by Sheraton Tucson University Plaza at 800-368-7764, ask for the reservations department and specify that you are booking for the International Tuba Euphonium Association Conference. The conference rate is $65.00/night plus tax. There is an extra person charge of $15 per person per night plus tax when more than two individuals share a room. To receive this special group rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. local time on April 23, 2010. Space is limited so make your reservations early. The Hotel Arizona

Located three miles from the University of Arizona, The Hotel Arizona is within walking distance of 44 restaurants and Tucson’s Historic Downtown and Arts District. The property features a heated outdoor pool and sundeck.
